Friday night chillout!


1 full cup chickpeas
1 large garlic clove
salt and pepper
pinch cayenne
1/4 cup olive oil
1 heaped teaspoon cumin
1 or 2 tablespoons tahini
lemon juice to flavour
Blitz everything in a food processor.  I add more of what I like for flavour,
 often more lemon juice, and more cumin.  I add water to make it a
smooth consistency.
